In or about December 1996, the Shares of the Company were voluntarily suspended from trading on ASX following the shareholders approving an in-specie distribution of shares in Aerolink Investments Limited, a Singapore entity involved in the noodle industry.

The listing of the Company was maintained so that if the Company could ultimately enter into a material transaction and raise further capital it could seek re-instatement of its Shares on ASX.

Several changes of major shareholders and Board composition have taken place since December 1996. In March 2003 shareholders approved the acquisition of a major shareholding in the Company by Intermin Resources Ltd and entities associated with Michael Ruane. A new Board comprising Messrs G E Lambert, C J Van Heyst and W P Brooks was appointed at that time.

Shareholders at a general meeting of the Company on 16 January 2004, amongst other things, approved the acquisition of a package of exploration tenements, a change in the nature and scale of activities of the Company to a mineral resources exploration and production company, the issuing of Shares under this Prospectus and a change in the name of the Company to Reward Minerals Limited.

Subsequent to listing the company aquired further exploration tenements prospective for Potash mineralisation. Formal approval for acquisition of this project was received from Shareholders at the General Meeting held on 17 January 2006.

Subsequently the company issued 14,442,038 shares and 14,442,038 options (exercisable at 20c) via a non renounceable rights issue to shareholders raising $2,888,408. On completion of the issue in June 2006 the company had 43,326,115 shares and 14,442,038 options on issue.

A further capital raising of $4,488,000 before costs was raised in June 2007 via a placement of 6.6 million fully paid shares at 68 cents per share to institutional investors and clients of Shaw Corporate Finance. Upon the completion of the placement, including option exercised in the interim, the company had 51,172,173 shares and 13,395,380 options on issue.
